Everyone Starts With a Movement Screen

Before joining our exercise programs, every client completes a Movement Screen with one of our physiotherapists.

This 30-minute session allows us to:

• understand your goals
• assess your movement and mobility
• identify injury risks or limitations
• guide you into the most appropriate class or program

It ensures you begin exercising safely and with a clear plan.

From there we design your pathway into the right program for your needs.


Our Exercise Programs

We offer a range of small group, physio-guided exercise sessions designed to help you build strength, improve movement and stay active.

Physio-Led Clinical Exercise

Small group sessions where clients follow individualised programs designed by our physiotherapists.

These sessions are ideal for people managing pain, recovering from injury, or wanting structured exercise under professional guidance.


Reformer Pilates

Our reformer classes combine traditional Pilates principles with modern strength and movement training.

Sessions focus on:

• core strength
• posture and control
• mobility and flexibility
• full body strength

Classes are small so our instructors can guide technique and ensure safe progression.


Strength & Longevity Circuits

These sessions combine elements of Pilates, resistance training and functional movement to build whole-body strength, balance and endurance.
