Remedial Massage

Remedial massage therapy is a fabulous way to improve your freedom of movement which will help with all aspects of your life from sporting through to the everyday. It is especially great as a regular way to help prevent injuries and stiffness. In a nutshell it gets you looser, less stressed and ready for whatever life or sport can throw at you.

Our highly trained massage therapist will listen to your goals and then do a thorough assessment to work out your problem areas. They use a variety of massage techniques which will leave you feeling lighter, looser and invigorated!

Jolanda is a Remedial Massage therapist dedicated to helping her clients achieve their health goals. She aims to provide a holistic approach to her treatments by using the skills developed in her training for massage, Myofascial release Myofascial cupping, Pilate and Yoga.
Jolanda offers treatments in Remedial, Relaxation and Pregnancy massage.

“I’m Rosie and I’m a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with the interest of helping people live a happy, healthy, pain-free life. At North Coast TAFE I completed my Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice in 2015, and both my Diploma of Remedial Massage at Distinction level, as well as an Advanced Diploma of Health Science – Soft Tissue Therapy in 2016. In my Advanced Diploma I completed certificates in Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping, Neural assessment and management and Onsen Therapy, giving me more education and tools to work with in my practice, allowing me to better help my clients.

What I enjoy most about my work in Remedial massage is helping clients get out of pain, enabling them to feel, move and live more comfortably, and therefore making sure that they get the most out of their lives! For when we are feeling our best, we can perform our best.

Outside of work my hobbies include yoga, cycling, climbing, camping, swimming in the ocean or river, travelling and spending time with friends/family.”
