Pilates is a total body conditioning program. It is a unique, safe and effective form of exercise that:

  • increases core strength and stability,
  • increases general strength, tones and elongates the body
  • improves posture and alignment,
  • improves flexibility,
  • improves endurance,
  • increases body awareness,
  • improves balance and co-ordination and
  • reduces risk of injury

You will LOOK BETTER and FEEL BETTER with Pilates and also notice improved performance whether it is with your favourite sport, playing with the kids or just managing your daily chores.

The Pilates method of exercise is a focused, controlled program for the whole body. It is a safe and effective way to get into shape or compliment the management of an injury. We use specialised Pilates equipment combined with expert, attentive instruction to get faster results.

Our Physios are skilled in a clinical approach to Pilates as a way to rehabilitate clients from injury to normal function or for those wanting to incorporate the great benefit of Pilates as part of their overall fitness program.

Better Back Class
We now offer a Physio designed program to create a better back!  The class is a fusion of Clinical Pilates, functional training and myofascial release.  This amazing class is run by Physios and will result in a strong stable spine, strong core,  enhanced mobility and flexibility.  All participants receive a FREE ebook and home exercises.
Maximum of 6 people in each class
Clinical Pilates
  • you are individually assessed and a program is customised to your needs
  • you are working on your specific personalised program under maximum supervision
  • ideal for people in pain or recovering from an injury
  • 50 minute session
  • max 5 people

Pilates isn’t just for the injured……….we offer a safe, effective and fun environment to meet everybody’s needs. All our programs are designed by Physiotherapists to ensure a safe and effective work out.

Reformer Classes
  • We offer a variety of Reformer classes
  • Fun and innovative Pilates choreography
  • Entirely on the reformer
  • The class is designed to increase strength, fitness, flexibility and vitality
  • All major areas of the body are focused on
  • Not suitable for people with an injury
  • 50 min session
  • Max 6 people

Fitness Pilates
  • Not suitable for people with an injury
  • 50 minute session
  • Max 9 people
  • Mix of reformer, trapeze, suspension training, swiss ball, platformer

Surf Performance Circuit
  • Surf specific exercises: mix of reformer, trapeze, surf set, rip 60 etc for strength, core, balance, rotation power, fitness and flexibility
  • Not suitable for people with an injury
  • 50 minute session
  • Max 9 people

Bookings are essential. This is important so we are able to structure the classes, keep class sizes small and maximize quality supervision.
If groups are not for you we offer private sessions.
