Founder Pottsville and Cabarita Physiotherapy / APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist APAM

My passion is helping athletes and people from all walks of life achieve their health and fitness goals. I have been a Physiotherapist for over 18 years and attained the title of Sports Physiotherapist in 2009. I am committed to getting to the root cause of an athletes pain as I know and understand the frustration of repetitive injuries. I have worked with everyfirst from Olympic athletes and professional surfers but get just as much satisfaction from transforming the way recreational athletes move to correct injuries and improve performance.
My special interests in Physio are shoulder problems in surfers, video running analysis and I founded our running school program at Pottsville and Cabarita Physiotherapy.

Outside of work I love living in Pottsville and surfing around our local breaks and spending time with my two young children.

Fabulous front desk team

Emma has a deep passion for health and movement, falling in love with martial arts in her early teens.

Forced to slow down after sustaining an injury from training, she found Pilates after working with a physiotherapist for rehabilitation.

Emma found the challenge of mind, body and breath connection to be the perfect complement to her martial arts training, changing her whole perspective on movement.

Emma decided to then pursue an education in Pilates through Polestar Pilates to understand how to heal the body through movement rehabilitation and improve sports performance.

A nature lover as well as a keen traveller, Emma spends her free time outdoors surfing, training Muay Thai and having adventures with her two young boys.
